Out of Memory error for large data sets in OpenBrowser

Issue

When the OpenBrowser plot is refreshed, the entire data set is loaded into memory. For large data sets (larger than ~500MB) this can frequently cause Out of Memory errors that force OpenBrowser to close.

Workaround

In the menu, select View > Data View Table. This will turn the plot off and show a data table of timestamps, which uses less memory.

Solution

This was fixed in v2.12. Upgrade to v2.12 or above.
